All 270net Technologies clients will have access to the 270net WebCenter. This powerful feature helps you make the absolute most from your web site and hosting accounts, as well as any options that you have.  After logging in from the 270net Home Page, you can perform the following functions from your Client Interface (screen shot).

  • Account Profile - Edit your information, see what options you have signed up for, and check your billing status. (screen shot)
     
  • Web Site Maintenance - Submit web site update requests, see the balance of package hours available, and view the status of open work items. (screen shot)
     
  • Web Site Statistics (option) - Takes you directly to your Website statistics interface, where you can analyze your website traffic. (screen shot)
     
  • Broadcast Email to Clients (option) - Communicate with your existing and potential clients with this powerful feature.  You can manage your contacts, set preferences, view past broadcast emails, assign groups, preview recipient lists, and even send a test email to yourself.  (screen shot)
     
  • Events Calendar (option) - Manage events, and how the calendar appears on your site.  Supports calendar or list view (change it on the fly!), event-level online registration, and event-level online payment.  You can also attach photos or images to an event.  270ent can have your own Events Calendar up and running in hours!  Click here to see the actual 270net Events Calendar in action.   • Search Engine (option)  - If 270net has conducted a Search Engine Optimization on your web site, you can see information related to it here.

  • Technology (option)  - If 270net has conducted a Technology Assessment for your company, you can view the final Technology Assessment Report here.  Also, if you are a 270net support client, we maintain the information on your current technology, so you can always refer to this page if you need detailed information about your technology.   • Feedback - Submit feedback to us on virtually any topic.  The system records your feedback requests, and you can see a history of them as well as view the exact text of any previously submitted feedback request. (screen shot)
