Project Summary: Since 2002, 270net Technologies has worked to upgrade the Pest Management Reporting System from a paper-based system into a sophisticated, yet easy to use, Internet-based system. (Result: An 80% reduction in contractor hours necessary to complete the reporting process.)  270net has continued to upgrade and improve the system throughout the last 4 years. Most recently, the integration of hand-held devices facilitates program management by allowing remote collection of data.  Project officers can also alert technicians (in the field) about special or emergency needs; and track response times.
